Job Summary:

Business Development Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry research, and lead generation platforms.
• Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, etc.) to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized digital solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate terms of agreements to close sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue growth.
• Maintain and update sales pipeline, reports, and CRM tools regularly.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in business development or sales in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with B2B lead generation and agency sales.
• Existing client network or industry contacts is a plus.
• Understanding of performance metrics and campaign KPIs.
