About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research to identify and segment potential customers based on industry, geography, and business needs. 2. Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.ai, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and others to build prospect lists. 3. Launch and manage outbound email, LinkedIn, and cold call campaigns to generate interest and set qualified appointments. 4. Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate lead data and activity logs. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize messaging, personas, and campaign effectiveness. 6. Monitor lead quality, response rates, and pipeline performance to continuously improve lead generation efforts. 7. Qualify inbound leads via email, chat, and phone to ensure fit before passing to the sales team. 8. A/B test messaging and subject lines to improve open and conversion rates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail. 6. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. 7. Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments. 8. Familiarity with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) development and persona-based outreach. 9. Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, or digital ads as it relates to lead gen. 10.
