Role Description We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team full-time in a remote role. This is a highly proactive position where calling and directly engaging with prospects will be at the core of your daily activities. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting in-depth market research, and converting potential leads into strong, long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is confident on calls, persuasive in conversations, and skilled at building trust quickly while representing RiseX Ventures in AI, Web3, Crypto, and finance markets. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume, high-quality calls to potential clients to present RiseX Ventures solutions. Identify, research, and target potential business opportunities across our focus industries. Conduct both warm and cold outreach to generate qualified leads. Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients and partners. Analyze market trends to uncover growth opportunities and competitive advantages. Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and close deals. Track and report business development activities, lead conversion rates, and revenue impact. Qualifications Proven experience in calling, lead generation, and market research . Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently handle cold and warm calls. Strong analytical and customer service skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely. Prior experience in technology, AI, Web3, or finance is an advantage.
