Job Description

We are Hiring for Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Alapakkam

Shift Timing: 12PM - 9PM

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and online research.
Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demos.
Understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
Manage CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) to track leads and opportunities.
Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture prospects.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams.
Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
