About the Role

Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with

  L&D Heads, HR Leaders, and CXOs

  in target organizations.
• Present and position our learning solutions, training programs, and leadership interventions to decision-makers.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from

  lead generation to closure

  .
• Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets through strategic account management.
• Work closely with the

  program design & delivery teams

  to ensure client expectations are met.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, track progress on CRM, and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Represent the company at

  industry forums, HR/L&D events, and conferences

  .

Key Requirements

• Proven

  3–5 years of sales experience

  in the

  Learning & Development / Corporate Training / HR Consulting industry

  .
• Strong network and connects with

  L&D Heads, HR Business Partners, and Organizational Development Leaders

  .
• Demonstrated success in

  consultative and solution-based selling

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand client pain points and map them to relevant L&D solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
