Position: Business Development Specialist Location: Remote Experience: 5–8 years (minimum 4 years in the Learning & Development industry sales) Reporting to: Business Head About the Role We are seeking a highly driven Sales Professional with strong experience in the Learning & Development (L&D) industry to drive business growth. The role involves connecting with L&D Heads, HR Leaders, and Business Stakeholders , understanding their training needs, and closing sales for our customized learning and development solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with L&D Heads, HR Leaders, and CXOs in target organizations. Present and position our learning solutions, training programs, and leadership interventions to decision-makers. Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions. Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure . Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets through strategic account management. Work closely with the program design & delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met. Maintain a strong pipeline, track progress on CRM, and provide regular sales forecasts. Represent the company at industry forums, HR/L&D events, and conferences . Key Requirements Proven 3–5 years of sales experience in the Learning & Development / Corporate Training / HR Consulting industry . Strong network and connects with L&D Heads, HR Business Partners, and Organizational Development Leaders . Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling . Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand client pain points and map them to relevant L&D solutions.
