We are seeking a confident and articulate Business Development Specialist - Telecaller role to join our team representing premium Dubai real estate projects to Indian high-net-worth individuals and investors. The role involves engaging qualified leads, understanding client needs, and coordinating with our Dubai sales partners to convert interest into transactions. Youll be the first point of contact for clients exploring investment or lifestyle homes in Dubai, so superior communication skills, polished presentation, and strong relationship management are essential. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for Dubai real estate projects, engaging potential buyers and investors with professionalism. Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferences to suggest suitable Dubai projects (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, etc.). Nurture leads generated through digital campaigns, events, and referrals, ensuring high-quality follow-ups and conversions. Coordinate with on-ground Dubai sales teams and developers for project details, pricing, and availability. Maintain detailed client records in CRM systems and track the entire lead-to-sale journey. Provide accurate information on Dubai property laws, payment plans, and investment benefits (training will be provided). Contribute to sales closures by ensuring smooth communication between clients, internal sales teams, and developers. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 1-4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or client servicing within real estate, wealth management, or luxury sectors. Superior communication and interpersonal skills - fluent, confident, and persuasive over phone and video calls. Strong command of English; Hindi or regional languages are a plus. Basic knowledge of Dubai’s real estate landscape , major developers, and investment hotspots (Downtown, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, etc.) is a strong advantage. Professional demeanor, strong follow-up discipline, and ability to handle high-value clients with discretion.
