Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist. The role is based in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, reaching out to potential clients, managing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to enhance business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
• Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration
• Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Service
• Ability to develop and implement business development strategies
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Experience in the design or related industry is a plus
