Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients including startups, IT service companies, colleges, and training partners.
  • Pitch Technavors’ offerings including application security services, developer training, and academy courses.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and on-ground outreach.
  • Conduct introductory calls, product/service demos, and follow-ups.
  • Represent Technavors during college visits, industry events, webinars, and tech meetups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (security engineers, trainers) to align offerings with client needs.
  • Maintain CRM tools and regularly update prospect and follow-up data.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal + written).
  • Ability to pitch solutions with clarity and confidence.
  • Comfortable working with outreach tools like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email marketing tools, etc.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented; able to take ownership of growth.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity and technical concepts is a plus (training support will be provided).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
