Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team in Kanpur. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other proven sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

·       Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted lead generation activities

·       Execute outreach campaigns via cold calls, cold emails, and professional networking

·       Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve growth targets

·       Conduct market research to track industry trends and uncover opportunities

·       Develop strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on trust and service excellence

·       Work closely with internal teams to align business development with organizational goals

Qualifications

·       1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role

·       Strong background in lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

·       Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

·       Proven record of meeting or exceeding business development targets
