Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in the Mohali district. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, creating and executing strategic plans to drive growth, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, networking, lead generation, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and strategic planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of digital marketing, PPC, and SEO is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is advantageous
