Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist located in the Mohali district. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, conducting thorough market research, analyzing performance data, creating ad copy and visuals, and ensuring high ROI for clients. Daily tasks will include monitoring ad spend, adjusting strategies based on real-time performance, and collaborating with the content and creative teams to execute effective ad campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
• Proficiency in creating ad copy and visuals for social media platforms
• Familiarity with various ad formats and targeting options in Facebook Ads Manager
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising
• Experience with other PPC platforms (Google Ads, Snapchat & TikTok Ads) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field is preferred
