As a Meta Ads Specialist at ROI Minds, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for our clients. Located in the Mohali district, you will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, analyzing performance data, and creating compelling ad copy and visuals to ensure high ROI. Your daily tasks will revolve around monitoring ad spend, adjusting strategies based on real-time performance insights, and collaborating closely with the content and creative teams to execute effective ad campaigns. Your expertise in managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in creating ad copy and visuals for social media platforms will be key to your success in this role. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will need to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will be essential in working effectively with internal teams and delivering outstanding results for our clients. While experience with other PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok Ads is a plus, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
