Business Development Specialist

• Lead Generation & Business Development:

• Identify and generate leads from

  architects, builders, interior designers, and real estate developers

  .
• Conduct

  cold calling, tele-follow-ups, field visits

  , and digital outreach to gather potential leads.

• Field Sales & Client Meetings:

• Be actively involved in

  on-site visits

  and client meetings.
• Present product solutions tailored to project needs and

  convert inquiries into orders

• Project & Account Management:

• Manage the entire sales lifecycle – from

  lead generation to order closure and post-sale services

  .
• Maintain

  detailed records of customer interactions

  , leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

• Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture

  long-term relationships

  with architects, contractors, and builders to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Keep clients updated about new products, ongoing offers, and service feedback.

• Market Research:

• Stay informed about

  competitor activity, market trends

  , and new projects in the construction and real estate sector.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum

  2–5 years

  of experience in

  business development or sales

  in the

  building materials industry

  (windows, doors, aluminum, UPVC, facade, hardware, etc.).

• Industry Network:

  Strong network and rapport with

  architects, builders, and contractors

  in the region.

• Willingness to Travel:

  Must be

  comfortable with field work

  and local travel for site visits and meetings.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to present technical products clearly.

• Project Management:

  Ability to manage multiple leads and clients efficiently.

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline; preference for Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business degrees.
