Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and nurturing customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a proactive approach to driving business growth and achieving company goals.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunities
Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
Lead Generation and Market Research experience to identify and pursue new business opportunities
