The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in closing projects related to Web Development, Mobile Apps, E-Commerce, SEO, and Digital Marketing . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys lead generation, proposal writing, client communication, and end-to-end project closures. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services. Handle end-to-end project closures—from lead generation to final negotiation. Work with international clients, understand project requirements, and draft winning proposals. Engage in bidding and proposal posting on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn . Write impactful cover letters and client communication. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams and ensure project execution. Prepare reports, presentations, and track sales performance. Meet business targets and contribute to company growth. Skills & Qualifications 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT/Digital Sales or Business Development. Excellent communication skills (English – written & verbal). Experience in lead generation, bidding, and client negotiations. Strong knowledge of platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc. Self-starter with decision-making ability and goal-oriented mindset.
