Business Development Manager (BDM)


Your Role

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in corporate real estate
  • Manage end-to-end transaction management for clients
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored workplace solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and execution
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide strategic inputs


What We’re Looking For

✅ 4–5 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales

✅ Experience in corporate real estate or related industries preferred

✅ Strong business network in the Chennai market is a plus

✅ Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills

✅ Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment
