Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Business Development Specialist to join our on-site team in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting thorough market research, and building strong relationships with potential customers to drive business growth. The Business Development Specialist will work to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and achieve organizational sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams and delivering excellent customer service are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and deliver tailored solutions
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets

• Work experience in business development or related roles is preferred
