The ideal candidate should have experience in US Voice/Semi-Voice, strong knowledge of IT technologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and hire IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. Sourcing & Screening: Use job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases to find top IT talent. Technical Understanding: Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements. Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial interviews, discuss job descriptions, salary negotiations, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Client Coordination: Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates. ATS Management: Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with candidate records and hiring activities. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure candidates comply with visa/work authorization requirements (H1B, GC, US Citizen, TN Visa, EAD, etc.). Networking: Build strong relationships with IT professionals and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates. Only Male candidates preferred.
