Job description About the Role- Dueloy Leather is seeking a dynamic, driven, and design-savvy Business Development & Sourcing Specialist to fuel our growth and elevate our sourcing ecosystem. This is a high-impact role combining strategic outreach, client engagement, and premium material procurement key pillars that support our reputation for crafting top-tier leather furniture and luxury interiors. Key Responsibilities- Business Development Identify, approach, and convert high-value clients including architects, interior designers, luxury home-buyers, and premium hospitality projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with design firms, procurement teams, and industry influencers. Represent Dueloy at high-end trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. Prepare and present compelling pitches, project decks, and brand narratives to prospective clients. Drive growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations with luxury interior stakeholders. Track leads, build a sales funnel, and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions. Material Sourcing Source premium leather, upholstery materials, hardware, and rare finishes from both domestic and international suppliers. Build relationships with artisans, tanneries, and vendors to maintain a curated material library. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers while ensuring the highest quality standards. Stay ahead of global trends in luxury materials, sustainable practices, and innovative textures. Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure feasibility, availability, and consistency of sourced materials. Audit and evaluate new suppliers to align with Dueloys exclusivity and brand ethos. Key Skills & Experience 1-3 years of experience in business development, luxury interiors (plus), or high-end sourcing. Strong network within the architecture & interior design industry is a plus. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of leather, upholstery materials, hardware, and sourcing logistics is highly preferred. Well-versed in luxury consumer behavior and design aesthetics. Self-starter with an eye for detail, quality, and refinement. Why Join Dueloy?
