Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Sales Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, market research, and building client relationships. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting our sales pipeline. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities Generate and qualify leads through various channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.) Assist in preparing and presenting business proposals and pitches Support sales team in daily operations and CRM updates Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead conversion Track and report performance metrics and insights to the management team RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus What You’ll GainHands-on experience in business development and sales strategy Mentorship from industry professionals Opportunity to work on real-world projects and client interactions Certificate of Internship upon successful completion Potential for full-time placement based on performance
