Our mission is to empower companies with smart IVR systems, missed call solutions, WhatsApp Business APIs, and more — simplifying communication and driving customer engagement. 🎯 Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Operations Executive who will play a dual role in: Supporting Customers with their day-to-day queries Delivering product demos and training sessions to prospective clients This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, is tech-friendly, and wants to build a career in the growing cloud communication industry. 🔧 Key Responsibilities✅ Customer Support Handle incoming queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical or operational issues Coordinate with the tech/support team for escalations Ensure timely ticket closures and customer satisfaction Maintain CRM data and call logs ✅ Product Demo & Onboarding Deliver virtual and in-person demos of IVR, Missed Call, Click-to-Call, and related products Assist the sales team with onboarding new clients Conduct training sessions to guide clients through product features Gather feedback and suggest product improvements based on client interactions ✅ Operations Coordination Ensure smooth handover between sales, support, and technical teams Update client onboarding sheets, training records, and usage logs Monitor customer activation and usage reports 💡 Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English & Hindi Strong interpersonal and client-handling ability Quick learner with basic technical aptitude Good at multitasking and coordination Comfortable with tools like CRM, Google Sheets, and call handling software 🎓 Qualifications: Graduate in any stream (BBA/BCA preferred) 0–2 years of experience in customer support, sales support, or operations Freshers with good communication and tech understanding are welcome to apply 🎁 What We Offer: Fast learning environment with mentorship Opportunities to grow into Sales, Tech Support, or Product roles Incentives & Recognition Programs Fun and energetic team culture
