Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to contribute to the company’s revenue growth. If you have a passion for technology, a strong sales mindset, and excellent communication skills, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend the right software solutions to address their challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging software technologies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in software sales or a similar B2B sales role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Experience using CRM tools to track sales activities.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and sales presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling software solutions like CRM, ERP, cybersecurity, or custom software development.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, or Solution Selling.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT-related services.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
