About the Role: Were looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development & Sales professional with a strong background in the corporate gifting industry, who can drive revenue growth and expand our client base across India. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new corporate clients through your existing network, references, portals, platforms, exhibitions, and social media. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in HR, Admin, Procurement, and Marketing departments. Promote our gifting solutions for employee engagement, festivals, welcome kits, events, promotions, and MICE. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to clients. Work with internal teams (design, sourcing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of orders. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to recommend new products and strategies. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets are achieved. Requirements: Proven track record in B2B corporate gifting sales. Must have strong connections with corporates, event agencies, HRs, and procurement heads. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms. Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality. Comfortable with travel within NCR for meetings.
