About the Role

Business Development Representative (BDR)

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads through various channels.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and schedule product demos with Account Executives.
• Lead engaging discovery calls to uncover business goals and challenges.
• Present tailored solutions to align with client priorities.
• Work closely with marketing and sales to align outreach and campaign strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM (HubSpot).
• Work closely with the HubSpot and Martech teams to maximise mutual opportunities.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs around outreach, meetings set, and qualified opportunities.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in SaaS / CRM solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong objection-handling skills and a proactive, aggressive approach to pipeline building.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Highly organised and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

Good to Have

• Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
• Understanding of modern B2B sales techniques and buyer journeys
• Previous experience selling HubSpot services.
