Role Description

• Proactively generate new business leads through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and partnerships, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Convert leads into projects by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and meeting closure targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, assess client requirements, and define project scopes with internal teams.
• Communicate effectively through proposals and presentations, build long-term relationships, and handle negotiations professionally.
• Update and expand the client database, segment it, and create targeted outreach strategies to improve conversions.
