Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media. Support the business development team in researching and gathering data on industry trends and client needs. Participate in lead generation activities, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings with potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales pitches and presentations. Maintain and update client database, ensuring accuracy in CRM systems. Assist in creating and following up on proposals and contracts with guidance from senior team members. Provide support in tracking sales metrics and preparing reports on sales performance and trends. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Basic understanding of sales techniques and interest in learning about business development. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to adapt and stay proactive in a dynamic work environment.
