Business Development Representative

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site client meetings with corporates, HR teams, procurement teams, and decision-makers to understand their gifting needs.
• Convert incoming leads and self-generated leads into sales through effective pitching and relationship building.
• Present corporate gifting solutions including festive gifts, employee gifting, client gifting, onboarding kits, and customized merchandise.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product recommendations aligned with client budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, operations) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow-up tracker for all leads and meetings.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new gifting ideas.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in corporate gifting, B2B sales, or FMCG.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and client visits.
• Ability to understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
