Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:

     Research target markets, build a qualified pipeline, and identify potential customers using cold calling, LinkedIn/social outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Sales Outreach & Follow-Up:

     Engage prospects in high-quality conversations, deliver persuasive pitches tailored to client needs, and secure qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Pipeline & Reporting:

     Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and lead qualification data. Use insights to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Engagement:

     Speak confidently with senior executives and decision-makers, positioning our hiring solutions and services as strategic solutions.
  • Collaboration:

     Work closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, continuously improve outreach, and hit weekly/monthly performance targets.


Requirements

  • Exceptional English communication skills – fluent, confident, and persuasive (10/10 standard).
  • 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience

     with international exposure.
  • Proven success engaging 

    C-level executives, founders, or senior decision-makers

     in the US/European markets.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle sophisticated conversations.
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable in an 

    outbound-focused sales role
