Business Development Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in target markets.
• Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report lead generation and conversion performance.
• Represent the company at networking events, webinars, and industry meetups (if applicable).
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
