G2 is looking for an Employee Success Intern to support our People Operations (POps), Talent Acquisition (TA) and Employee Experience (EX) teams in APAC. This internship is ideal for a proactive and analytical student who enjoys research, process improvement, and employee engagement initiatives. In this role, you will study and enhance G2 s onboarding and offboarding processes, engage with key stakeholders to gather insights, and support employee experience initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Onboarding Offboarding Process Enhancement Analyze existing onboarding offboarding processes, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Conduct stakeholder discussions (Talent Acquisition, new joiners, managers, and ES Ops) to gather insights. Organize focus group discussions (FGDs) and collect feedback from employees. Research best practices for onboarding offboarding and propose data-driven improvements. Support the implementation of enhanced workflows, automation, or documentation updates. Work Anniversary Employee Engagement Initiatives Assess the current work anniversary momento distribution process and suggest ways to improve efficiency. Support the execution of an employee engagement event during the internship period. General People Operations Employee Experience Support Assist with filing, compliance-related checks, and documentation as needed. Support modifications and updates to the Confluence pages. Work on HR operational improvements with a focus on efficiency and employee experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of engagement programs. Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelors/Master s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in HR operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving projects forward. Excellent organization skills (email, task management, follow-up) Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively and independently, delivering on assigned tasks and responsibilities

About the Role G2 is looking for a Data Scientist - II, your role encompasses leading model development and contributing to machine learning product development. Youll own end-to-end data science workflows, experiment with advanced algorithms, mentor junior team members, and drive innovation within the data science domain.
