Key Responsibilities Client Counselling Provide accurate and updated information regarding study visas, tourist visas, work permits, PR programs, and immigration pathways. Evaluate client profiles and suggest suitable country options based on eligibility. Explain admission requirements, visa procedures, timelines, fees, and documentation. Documentation & Application Handling Assist clients in preparing required documents (academic, financial, experience, sponsorship, forms, SOPs etc.). Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines. Maintain client files and checklists as per company policy. Communication & Follow-up Keep clients updated on application status through calls, emails, and messages. Coordinate with universities, embassies, or visa application centers when required.
