Visa counsellor

The Visa Counsellor is responsible for guiding clients through the complete visa process for study, work, tourist, PR and dependent categories. The role involves counselling, documentation, application filing, client handling, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Counselling
• Provide accurate and updated information regarding study visas, tourist visas, work permits, PR programs, and immigration pathways.
• Evaluate client profiles and suggest suitable country options based on eligibility.
• Explain admission requirements, visa procedures, timelines, fees, and documentation.
• Documentation & Application Handling
• Assist clients in preparing required documents (academic, financial, experience, sponsorship, forms, SOPs etc.).
• Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
• Maintain client files and checklists as per company policy.
• Communication & Follow-up
• Keep clients updated on application status through calls, emails, and messages.
• Coordinate with universities, embassies, or visa application centers when required.
• Attend to walk-ins, inquiries, and convert leads into admissions/visa files.
• Sales & Targets
• Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
• Promote company services, packages, and ongoing offers.
• Maintain follow-up records and ensure client retention.
• Compliance
• Follow company guidelines, embassy rules, and legal documentation standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and sensitive documents.
• Customer Service
• Provide professional and ethical guidance.
• Handle client queries, issues, or escalations politely and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
