Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Counsellor based in Bardoli. The Visa Counsellor will provide personalized consultation and guidance to clients regarding visa requirements and processes for studying or settling abroad. Daily responsibilities include assessing individual profiles, preparing and evaluating visa documentation, assisting with application processes, and addressing any client queries. Additionally, the role requires staying up-to-date with the latest rules, regulations, and trends in immigration policies while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through clear communication and professional assistance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of visa application processes, international education systems, and study/work abroad opportunities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide comprehensive consultation to clients
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently
• Familiarity with immigration laws and policies; knowledge of visa-related documentation requirements
• Customer service experience and proficiency in providing client-centric solutions
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies to manage applications and documentation
• A Bachelor's degree and prior experience in immigration counseling or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage
