Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

• Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new prospects.
• Conduct outbound outreach to decision-makers in targeted industries or regions.

Client Engagement

• Connect with prospective customers to understand their needs, budget, and timelines.
• Schedule meetings, demonstrations, or site visits.

Sales Support

• Work closely with Sales Managers to hand over qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently on open leads until closure or disqualification.

Reporting & KPIs

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
