Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager
Location: Peeragarhi, New Delhi
Department: Sales & Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Lead Generation
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.Generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements to close business deals.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business goals.Track and report on sales metrics, opportunities, and performance using CRM tools.Provide regular updates to management on market trends and business development activities.
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Negotiation & Closing Deals
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics and market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a strong ability to close deals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to travel as required.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Experience in B2B sales and long sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social selling techniques.
