As a Business Development professional at MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services Limited, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing business strategies to attract new clients and business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular college visits, engaging in promotional activities, forming vendor relationships, and issuing work orders. Moreover, you will be involved in interviewing subordinates, ensuring fees recovery, and liaising with Colleges and Institutes for student tie-ups and base set-up. Your day-to-day tasks will involve generating leads, conducting market research, providing customer service, and preparing detailed reports. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders will also be a vital aspect of your role. You will be responsible for feedback and assessment of faculties, coordinating with Institutes for branding activities, handling ERP operations, and maintaining records. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks within the department and be involved in content writing for digital marketing purposes. To excel in this role, you should possess analytical skills for business strategy development and market assessments, effective communication skills for client interaction and report preparation, lead generation capabilities, and customer service skills for client management and satisfaction. The ability to work on-site in Raipur is essential for this position. Experience in business development within consulting or engineering sectors would be advantageous.
