Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our
growing team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and
onboarding new US clients who require digital and marketing services. This is a results-
driven role for someone eager to grow with an expanding international business.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential US-based clients across various industries.
Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels.
Present GoMaxoo’s service offerings, understand client requirements, and position
solutions effectively.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business growth targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Track outreach activities, maintain records in CRM, and prepare regular
performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in business development or sales (digital/IT services
experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently, generate leads, and close deals.
Familiarity with US markets and time zones is a plus.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.
