About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our business expansion initiatives. The role involves field sales activities, client visits, relationship management, and new business development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of handling clients independently, and motivated to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and engage with existing clients to maintain and strengthen long-term business relationships
• Identify, generate, and convert new business leads through market research, cold calls, and field visits
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely closures
• Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, sales activities, and performance reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresher or minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, field sales, or client handling
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field activities
• Male candidates only
