As a Business Development Officer/Sales Executive at Geosys IT Solutions PVT LTD, your role involves leveraging your 0-1 years of IT Sales experience to contribute to the company's growth. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Deep understanding of business processes and ability to map them to customized software solutions - Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, networking, and marketing activities to achieve monthly sales targets - Managing the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing the sale - Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets with new and current customers while maintaining expenses within budget - Maintaining accurate and timely data in the internal customer database and tracking leads in the Reporting system - Staying current on all products and industry trends to effectively position service offerings in the sales process - Meeting with prospects and clients before and after normal work hours if required To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Any graduate with 0-1 years of experience in IT Sales - Fluency in verbal English and Malayalam - Effective relationship-building skills with prospects, customers, team members, and industry influencers - Superior oral and written communication skills - Excellent time management skills and results-focused mindset - Enthusiastic self-starter capable of working independently and in small teams - Valid driver's license and own vehicle for local and outstation travel requirements By demonstrating exceptional sales skills, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets, you will play a vital role in the success of Geosys IT Solutions PVT LTD.
