• Recent experience in Beauty & Personal Care / Cosmetics / Color Cosmetics industry is a must

• Minimum 4+ years of total experience in Sales & Business Development

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 + TA/DA

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with salons, parlors, and professional beauty channels

• Drive business growth by achieving monthly sales & distribution targets

• Plan and execute promotional activities with salons & distributors

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in assigned territory

• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability in professional outlets

• Provide training and product knowledge support to salon professionals

• Prepare regular sales reports and share market feedback with management
