Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Export Documentation Specialist located in Indore. The Export Documentation Specialist will be responsible for managing export documentation and ensuring compliance with all export regulations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and verifying shipping documents, coordinating with shipping agents and customers, handling export and import processes, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Export Documentation and Export skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Import Export processes
• Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and export-related software is advantageous
