Export Documentation

Join our growing Export Documentation team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and compliant international trade operations at Rushabh Sealink.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage export documentation in line with Incoterms and shipping terms Handle filing and release of Bills of Lading and other pre/post-shipment documents

(Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, Certificate of Origin, etc.)

• Coordinate with shipping lines, clearing agents, customers, and operations sta
• Monitor shipment status and prepare Daily Shipment Status Reports (DSR)
• Follow up on shipping bill copies and ensure timely submission to clients and management
• Ensure adherence to customs formalities and foreign trade regulations
• Requirements
• Strong knowledge of international trade documentation & customs formalities.
• Should have knowledge of the shipping line portal, SI filing, or other correction processes.
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading types, Incoterms, and shipping procedures
• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding industry
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills

Compensation: Max. ₹30,000 In-hand, to be finalized based on the candidate’s experience and capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
