Accounts Executive position. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and handling day-to-day accounting operations. Duties include processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports. The Accounts Executive will assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves liaising with vendors, clients, and internal departments. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required. The candidate should be capable of handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The position offers growth opportunities within a dynamic and supportive work environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the freight forwarding industry.
