Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales and business development. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
