Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and technically inclined Business Development Officers who will play a vital role in helping customers adopt clean energy solutions. This role is ideal for engineering graduates who want to combine technical skills with business growth while contributing to a high-impact startup.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Engage with residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their energy needs 🔹 Conduct rooftop site assessments and gather data for detailed system design🔹 Collaborate with the engineering team to create technically & financially viable solutions. 🔹 Coordinate between clients and internal teams from proposal to project confirmation. 🔹 Coordinate between client and Projects Team with detailed project handover for smooth implementation and operations. 🔹 Explore new products, technologies, and business opportunities🔹 Generate leads, network, and contribute to regional business growth

Qualifications

🎓 Education: BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Civil Engineering💡 Strong interest in renewable energy & sustainability🔧 Good analytical and problem-solving skills🗣️ Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities⚡ Basic understanding of Solar Power systems (preferred)🕐 Experience: 1+ year (Freshers with strong motivation may also apply)
