Business Development Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who is passionate about sales, client handling, and business growth. The candidate must have prior experience in IT / Software / Digital Services sales and should possess excellent communication skills with a polite and persuasive personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services, digital marketing, and software solutions.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and providing customized solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure long-term business engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, technical) to deliver projects as per client expectations.
• Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in IT/Digital industry).
• Excellent communication skills with a sweet and professional tone.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand IT solutions like Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, and SaaS Products.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
• Strong network-building and client relationship management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in IT service or software sales is a must.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio of handled clients and successful deals.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Fluent in Hindi & English (verbal and written).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
