Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor with hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with NGOs, political campaigns, or spiritual projects, and will be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories aligned with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Create graphics, motion effects, and animations to enhance storytelling.
• Understand project briefs and translate them into visually impactful content.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of videos.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and messaging across all videos.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Handle end-to-end post-production including color grading, sound syncing, and subtitling when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong sense of storytelling, composition, and pacing.
• Experience in creating content for NGOs, political campaigns, or spiritual fields (preferred).
• Knowledge of social media formats and trends for video content.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience with documentary-style or short-form storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of audio editing and color correction.
• Understanding of cultural and spiritual sensitivities in content creation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
