We deliver premium products and services that help customers preserve the look and value of their vehicles. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior SDR to drive lead generation and fuel our next phase of growth.

Role Summary:

As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for PEXA Car Care’s B2B and B2C channels. You'll leverage your sales acumen to target new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and set up qualified meetings for our account executives. This role blends outbound sales efforts with strategic prospecting and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and industry events.
  • Research and identify new market segments and business opportunities within automotive service centers, dealerships, and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and execute outbound campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline data in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives and monitor progress.
  • Mentor junior SDRs and contribute to the optimization of the sales development process.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales role.
  • Automotive industry or related product sales experience preferred.
  • Proven success in lead generation and appointment setting in a B2B or D2C environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and hit targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
