Business Development Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive the company’s growth by acquiring foreign clients across diverse international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global market trends, proven lead generation strategies, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, target, and acquire new foreign clients across various international markets.
• Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, business directories, and other tools to proactively research and build a strong pipeline of potential leads.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers in target organizations.
• Develop customized outreach strategies to convert leads into lasting business relationships.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs.
• Effectively communicate the company’s value propositions to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, onboarding, etc.) to ensure seamless onboarding and continued satisfaction of international clients.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on outreach and conversion efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in international business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively in lead generation and market penetration.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and other online business networking tools.
